New Hampshire Newspaper Tries to Publish List of Class III Owners

Well, well, well…  a newspaper in New Hampshire just theoretically (nope, no liberal biased media here) posed the question of “Which state has the most machine guns?”… well, to their surprise their crack team of invastigative journalists found out that it was in fact their own state (per capita). The number of class III weapons in New Hampshire has actually almost doubled in the last two years. God Bless America.

They try to sensationalize things by bringing up Newtown and all… But here is the kicker… the most interesting line of the article is this:

ATF has not responded to a request made under the Freedom of Information Act by Foster’s Sunday Citizen on Dec. 31, 2012, seeking more detailed records about machine gun owners

And there it is. I guaran-damn-tee you that they were trying to publish the names and addresses of the people in the state that owned class III weapons. They tried to use the Freedom of Information ACT, but the ATF would not give it to them because it falls under what is considered private tax records.

Whats that old adage again? Never ask a question that you dont already know the answer to.
